About Our Jewelry
How do I clean my jewelry?
We recommend gently wiping your jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth to remove dirt, oils, and fingerprints. Avoid scrubbing hard or using abrasive materials, as they can damage the finish. Also avoid using a polishing cloth on gold-plated pieces.
If needed, use warm water with a mild soap. After cleaning, rinse the jewelry with water and pat it dry with a cloth. Make sure it’s completely dry before storing it.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes, we encourage you to show off your jewelry! Our jewelry is designed to last; however, regular maintenance is key to preserving our its appearance.
How do I take proper care of my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, clean it with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils. When you’re not wearing them, store your pieces in a pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches.
While it is okay to wear your jewelry in environments such as beaches, showers, and pools, avoid overexposing your jewelry to these environments, as they could wear down the finish over time. We also recommend taking your pieces off before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions/perfumes.
Can I wear my jewelry at the beach, in the shower, or in swimming pools?
Yes, you can! However, to lengthen the life and finish of your jewelry, we recommend taking it off in these environments or cleaning it afterwards.
Can I wear your jewelry if I'm not Filipino?
Yes, of course! We encourage everyone who appreciates the beauty of our jewelry to wear it.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the time the order was placed and the distance from our store in Vancouver, Canada.
Please note that our posted delivery times are estimates (not guarantees) provided by the carrier, and may change depending on holidays or weather events.

Can I pick up my order in-person?
We don't currently have a physical store.
However, if you're local to Vancouver, Canada and prefer to pick up, please contact us or send us a message on Instagram; we'll see whether we can arrange it for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders are sent using a trackable method and you will receive a tracking number by email after your order is shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Due to our optimized shipping and handling process, it is not always possible to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed.
If your order has not shipped yet, please email cancellations@madebymayari.com or modifications@madebymayari.com with your order number and email address used to place the order.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you will have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. After your return request is accepted, you will have 14 days to get the order back to our store in Vancouver. Please note that you must contact us at returns@madebymayari.com before returning the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received
it (unused and in its original packaging). You will also need the order confirmation number and the email address used to place the order.

Is your store Filipino-owned?
Yes! Made by Mayari is Filipino- and woman-owned! We are a small business that hopes to help spread and preserve the beautiful culture of the Philippines.
