Refund and Return Policy
Eligibility
You will have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. After your return request is accepted, you will have 14 days to get the order back to our warehouse. Please note that you must contact us before returning the product (see details below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and in its original packaging). You will also need the order number and the email address used to place the order.
Return / Exchange Procedure
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at returns@madebymayari.com or exchanges@madebymayari.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Once we accept your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Please note that:
- We are unable to track a returned item without an RMA number; any returns/exchanges sent without sent without prior authorization may be rejected
- You must send your return only to the address provided with your RMA number; do not send it to the return address listed on your shipping package or a fee may be deducted from your return
- All returns must be processed through a carrier to the address provided with the RMA number; we do not accept walk-in or in-person returns
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a return shipping label at this time. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that a returned item makes it back to our warehouse in its original condition, at the customer's expense. We recommend using a reputable carrier with a tracking number whenever possible. We are unable to offer refunds for packages that are not received by our warehouse for any reason.
If you return your order, you will receive a refund. If you exchange your order for an item with a different price, you will be refunded/charged the difference.
Partial Returns
If an order qualifies for a discount or free shipping based on a purchase threshold and part of the order is returned, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount.
If the partial return reduces the remaining order total below the threshold required to qualify for free shipping and/or a discount, the cost of the original shipping charges and/or the discount code will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations / Modifications
If your order has not been shipped yet, please send an email to cancellations@madebymayari.com or modifications@madebymayari.com with your order number and email address used to place the order. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. If you modify your order to an item with a different price, you will be refunded/charged the difference.
Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled/modified.
Incorrect / Damaged Orders
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or there is some other problem, please send an email to claims@madebymayari.com with your order number, email address used for the order, and clear pictures. We will look into the issue and make it right.
Please note that while we take every care to package your items securely, the outer jewelry box may sometimes incur minor damage during shipping; we are unable to provide refunds for minor damage such as dents, creases, or scuffs that occur only on the outside of the jewelry box.
Missing / Stuck Orders
The delivery times provided by the carriers are estimates (not guarantees) and may change depending on holidays or weather events. If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number or your email for updates from the carrier.
If you still have not received your order 14 business days after the latest estimated delivery time, please send an email to claims@madebymayari.com with your order number and email address used for the order. We will look into the issue and make it right.
Refund Method
Once your refund is approved, you will receive it via the original payment method. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Disputes / Chargebacks
Please do not submit a dispute or chargeback with your payment service provider before requesting a refund from us first. Disputes or chargebacks incur additional fees on our business. We reserve the right to permanently refuse service to any customers who dispute or charge back a legitimate purchase.
