We ship to civic addresses, PO boxes, military/diplomatic mailboxes, and rural routes in the countries below. Pricing and shipping times will vary based on the final destination, and are shown at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over a minimum order value (before any taxes or duties) based on the table above. To use this offer, add a qualifying order to your cart and when you check out, select the free shipping option. US orders that meet the free shipping minimum will have a fixed discount applied to the shipping cost, but will still have to pay all import duties.
Processing Time and Delivery Estimates
Orders are processed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days.
The delivery time of your order can be viewed when you when you check out. The delivery estimate starts from the day you receive your shipment confirmation email. Please note that these are estimates (not guarantees) provided by the carrier, and may change depending on holidays or weather events.
If your shipment is significantly delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email to let you know.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
All shipping methods are tracked. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number after your order has shipped. Please note that your tracking number may not become active until 24 hours after your shipment has been picked up by the carrier.
Taxes / Duties
We may charge sales tax according to the tax jurisdiction of your shipping address. Please note that this may include tax on the shipping charges, if mandated by the laws of your jurisdiction.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the order's destination country are your sole responsibility. We are required to declare the accurate value of the goods on customs forms in compliance with international shipping and customs regulations. Duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by the destination country's customs agency, and are not under our control. Products received for free as part of a promotion / sale may have duties assessed at the full retail price.
Effective August 29, 2025, the United States of America government has eliminated the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed low-value shipments to enter the US without duty. Duties are mandatory taxes that are remitted directly to the US government.
All orders shipped to the United States must now have import duties prepaid at checkout (DDP). Duties are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) at checkout after entering a US address. US orders that meet the free shipping minimum will have a fixed discount applied to the shipping cost, but all import duties must still be paid in full.
Incorrect / Damaged Orders
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or there is some other problem, please send an email to claims@madebymayari.com with your order number, email address used for the order, and clear pictures. We will look into the issue and make it right.
Please note that while we take every care to package your items securely, the outer jewelry box may sometimes incur minor damage during shipping; we are unable to provide refunds for minor damage such as dents, creases, or scuffs that occur only on the outside of the jewelry box.
Missing / Stuck Orders
The delivery times provided by the carriers are estimates (not guarantees) and may change depending on holidays or weather events. If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number or your email for updates from the carrier.
If you still have not received your order 14 business days after the latest estimated delivery time, please send an email to claims@madebymayari.com with your order number and email address used for the order. We will look into the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered, except in cases of carrier error.
Delivered But Not Received
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and secure.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.
Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery
While we will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and deliverable address. We are not responsible for shipping delays or additional charges due to an incorrect address provided.
Cancellations / Modifications
Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled/modified.
